Homemade Croutons

Ingredients:
2 sliced of  brioche or any loaf bread
5 garlic cloves, minced
3-4 tbsp olive oil
pinch of ground black pepper and salt to taste
pinch of paprika powder
Preparation:
1. Cut the bread roughly into 2cm-¾ inch cubes. Combine the oil, minced garlic, paprika and pepper in mixing bowl and add the bread. Toss the bread with your hand or fork until all the sides are coated with oil.
2. Place the oil coated bread in baking tray with greased proof paper. Bake in a 160°C oven for approximately 20-30 minutes until toasted and crisp. Cool completely on paper towels and store in airtight container.
