Half Cooked Chopsuey

This Filipino dish it has a Chinese cooking style influenced.
Ingredients
1/4 kilo pork, sliced into small pieces
1/4 kilo shrimps, shelled, deveined and halved
1/4 kilo cauliflower, broken to bite size
1/4 kilo string beans
1/4 kilo snow peas
1/4 kilo cabbage, cut into squares
5 cloves garlic, diced
2 onions, diced
1 carrot, sliced thinly
1 piece red bell pepper, cut in strips
3 tablespoons of patis (fish sauce)
4 tablespoons of corn oil or vegetable oil
Salt to taste

 Methods:
1)  Heat the oil in a wok, sauteed the thin sliced pork, stir fry and cooked until brown. Remove from the wok and set aside.

2) Add the garlic & onion, stir fry for a minutes. Put  back the pork, shrimps and stir quickly. Do it step by step, add the cauliflower, carrots, beans, fish sauce, and stir for 3-5 minutes. Add the cabbage, stir fry over high  heat to cooked half.

3) Add salt and pepper, a dash of MSG 2 tbsp hot water, stir fry several times, remove from heat and serve.

Why the vegetables is waterless?
Half cooked vegetables are healthy, than over cooked with too much water will lost some nutrition.
