Apple Apricot & Peach Crumble

This apple apricot and peach crumble and absolutely delicious served with vanilla ice cream.  It tastes even better  while still hot! This recipe it's super easy to make.  Any leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
Ingredients:
3 pcs. red apples
3 pcs. peaches4 pcs black velvet apricots
50g pecans
1 lemon zest and juice
½ cup light sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Crumble Topping
1½ cups self rising flour
1 cup wheat germ
½ cup softened butter
½ cup muscovado sugar or you can over power the sweetness of this dessert.
4 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Heat oven at 180°C, butter a square baking dish. Meanwhile, skin peeled the apples and cut into quarters. Then peeled and cored the peaches and apricots or leave the skin on and cut into quarters.
2. Put the sliced fruits, pecans, cinnamon, lemon zest and juice in a large mixing bowl, mixing all together.
3. Transfer the fruits mixture in a prepared baking dish.
4. To make the crumble topping, put the topping ingredients into a mixing bowl.
5. Then rub with your fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
6. Spread the crumble all over fruits.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the apples are soft and bubbling, and the crumble topping is golden brown and crisp.
8. Pop a scoop of good vanilla ice cream.
9. Place on top of the fruits crumble on each plate and drizzle some caramel sauce if desired.
